We keep this simple. Here's what we collect, why, and what we don't do.
What we collect: Your email address and first name, only when you enter them into a form on this site. If you purchase, we also process the payment through our secure checkout provider (Stripe, via systeme.io) — Hot Yoga TV never sees or stores your card information.
Why we collect it: To deliver the free warm-up you signed up for, to send you the class you purchased, and — with your permission — to send you occasional notes about new classes, techniques, and Hot Yoga TV updates. That's it.
What we don't do: We don't sell, rent, share, or trade your email address with anyone. We don't run ad networks on this site. We don't track you across the web.
Your rights: You can unsubscribe from any email at any time — every message includes an unsubscribe link. You can also email us at info@hotyogatv.com to request that your data be deleted from our systems.

By purchasing or accessing any Hot Yoga TV audio class or video class ("Content"), you agree to the following.
Personal use only. All Content is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial home practice. This license is single-user. You may play the Content for your own practice, on any device you own.
Not permitted:
Commercial use of any kind — including using the Content in a paid class, studio, gym, retreat, workshop, or any setting where you charge others.
Public performance or screening.
Copying, redistributing, uploading, streaming, or sharing the Content — including social media, file-sharing services, or personal websites.
Editing, remixing, or creating derivative works from the Content.
Consequences. Breaking these terms revokes your license automatically. Hot Yoga TV reserves the right to pursue legal remedies for infringement.
Refunds. Because these are digital products delivered immediately, all sales are final. If a link is broken or a file won't play, email info@hotyogatv.com within 7 days and we'll make it right.
